How to delete my account?

To delete your account on the TalantExAfrica, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your TalantExAfrica account using your username and password.
2. Select profile menu icon located at 3rd tab in the bottom bar and Navigate to the account settings section
3. Tap on Delete/Deactivate account, it will display options to delete or deactivate your account
4. You will be asked to confirm your decision to delete/deactiate your account. Follow the prompts to confirm.
5. Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion. Depending on the platform's policies, it may take some time for your account to be fully deleted from the system.

When you delete your account on the TalantExAfrica platform, the following types of data may be deleted:
1. Personal information: This includes your name, email address and any other information you provided during account creation.
2. User-generated content: Any content you created or uploaded to the platform, such as posts, messages, or files, may be deleted.
3. Usage data: Information about how you interacted with the platform, such as your browsing history, preferences, and activity logs, may be removed.

The time period for the complete deletion of data may vary depending on internal policies, legal requirements, and technical constraints. Typically, personal data will be permanently deleted from active systems and backups after 30 days from the moment of deletion.
