Job Posting Guidelines – TalentEx Africa

To ensure quality, security, and a professional user experience on TalentEx Africa, all Recruiters must adhere to the following job posting guidelines:

 Allowed in Job Postings:

  • Clear job titles and role descriptions
  • Essential qualifications, experience, and skills
  • Employment type and location
  • Salary range (optional but recommended)
  • Application process using platform tools (e.g., “Apply Now”)
  • Links to relevant company pages (if applicable)

 Not Allowed in Job Postings:

  • No Email IDs: Do not include personal or company email addresses (e.g., jobs@company.com) in the job description. All communication must be routed through the TalentEx Africa platform.
  • No contact numbers or WhatsApp numbers
  • No use of all caps or clickbait titles
  • No discriminatory language (e.g., age, gender, race, nationality)
  • No third-party ads or job listings without verified authorization
  • No duplicate job postings

Data Privacy & Compliance:

  • All user data must be processed per the platform’s Terms of Use and applicable data protection regulations.
  • Personal data of job seekers must only be used for hiring purposes and retained no longer than necessary.

Important Notes:

  • Job listings remain active for up to 60 days unless renewed.
  • TalentEx Africa reserves the right to edit or remove non-compliant postings.
  • Repeated violations may lead to suspension of services without refund.
