Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the feed mill, including grinding, mixing, pelletizing, and bagging. Lead and coordinate feed mill workers to ensure smooth and safe production flow.

The Head of Poultry Production will lead and manage all poultry operations across Maamani’s value chain, including day-old chicks (DOCs), brooding, rearing, and layer production systems.

The Head of Production & Commodity Sourcing will lead Maamani’s upstream agricultural strategy, overseeing the cultivation, aggregation, and supply of key raw materials, including maize, soybean, and other feed and processing inputs.

The accountant will provide strategic financial leadership across Maamani’s integrated operations, including poultry production, feed milling, soybean processing, and manure processing.

The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, efficient operation of all mechanical systems and plumbing infrastructure across Maamani’s facilities, including poultry houses, feedmill, soybean processing units, and water systems.

The Electrical & Electronic Technician will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, reliable operation of all electrical and automated systems across Maamani’s facilities, including poultry houses, feedmill, soybean processing, and support infrastructure, as any electrical or system failure can result in significant bird mortality, production losses, and operational downtime.
