Job Description

The Electrical & Electronic Technician will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, reliable operation of all electrical and automated systems across Maamani’s facilities, including poultry houses, feedmill, soybean processing, and support infrastructure, as any electrical or system failure can result in significant bird mortality, production losses, and operational downtime. The technician must therefore ensure zero unplanned downtime, rapid fault response, and proactive maintenance of all systems. The role works closely with the Facility Manager to ensure all equipment, automation systems, and utilities operate at optimal performance.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in
• Industrial electrical systems
• Automation and control systems
   

Experience in:

• Poultry farms, feedmills, or manufacturing environments (preferred)
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
   

Knowledge of:

• Electrical systems
• PLCs and control systems (advantage)
• Industrial automation
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
