Job Description

Role Purpose

To lead financial control, cash flow discipline, and administrative systems, ensuring bankability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
Prepare monthly management accounts and forecasts
Track profitability by business line

Working Capital & Cash Control

Enforce DSO targets (≤14 days trade; ≤30 days institutional)
Manage receivables, payables, and cash conversion cycle

Budgeting & Cost Control

Develop and monitor budgets and cost plans
Conduct variance and unit economics analysis

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with GRA, SSNIT, and regulatory bodies
Support internal and external audits

Administration & Operations Support

Oversee procurement, asset management, and office operations
Support HR functions (payroll, contracts)

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

HND, Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
ACCA/ICA (preferred)
2 – 5 years’ relevant experience

Success Metrics

Budget variance ≤5%
DSO compliance achieved
Accurate and timely reporting
Zero compliance breaches
