  • Document and monitor internal workflows and business processes across units.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes across all business units.
  • Assist in coordinating the company's appraisal and performance review cycles.
  • Track performance improvement plans and flag updates to relevant supervisors.
  • Prepare performance data summaries and reports to support management decisions.
  • Follow up with department heads on KPI submissions and deadline compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure process alignment.
