We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Investment Manager with a strong background in real estate to drive investment planning, portfolio growth, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in real estate investment/finance and be around 40 years of age, bringing maturity, leadership, and deep market insight.

• Identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities. 
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for proposed projects. 
• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company goals. 
• Manage and grow the company’s real estate investment portfolio. 
• Perform market research and stay updated on real estate trends in Lagos and beyond. 
• Lead negotiations on property acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships. 
• Oversee due diligence processes for all investment transactions. 
• Monitor investment performance and prepare periodic reports for management. 
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, and development).
