• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, and copy) tailored to several audiences.
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posting.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimise campaigns and strategies.
• Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
• Engage actively with the online community — responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content with ongoing campaigns, listings, recruitment drives, and company goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
