Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Sales/Partnership Manager. The Business Development Marketing Officer is a crucial role that blends strategic growth with creative market engagement. You’ll be the compass guiding the company into new markets, strengthening customer relationships, and elevating the brand through targeted outreach, partnership cultivation, and insightful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across engineering sectors and procurement services.
  • Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through networking, lead generation, industry events, and referrals. 
  • Register the company as an official vendor with corporate organizations such as Coca-Cola.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., manufacturing, oil & gas, infrastructure).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that align with client needs and project goals.
  • Close sales and handle post-sales engagement

 

Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies/funnels to generate qualified leads.
  • Carry out market research and competitor analysis to provide informed updates on pricing, positioning, and new service opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Growth team to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.

 

Client Relationship & Brand Management:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing the company professionally at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with existing clients by ensuring timely communication and high service satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing — preferably within engineering, industrial services, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and target-driven
  • Research-driven mindset with the capability to analyze market trends.
  • Proficiency in digital job marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
