Position: Founding Service Agent - Remote

ClaimAm is Nigeria's first end-to-end insurance claims and fraud prevention platform. Our live portal enables HMOs to meet the NHIA 60-minute authorisation directive while stopping billions in fraudulent claims through AI OCR forensics, deepfake detection, cross-insurer duplicate checks, and live NIID verification.
The platform is built and operational. You are not selling a promise — you are demonstrating a live product to decision-makers who feel this pain every day.
 

Responsibilities :

• Identify and sign Tier-1 and Tier-2 HMOs and Insurers to our claims and fraud prevention platform
• Manage full sales cycle: initial contact → demo → SLA → onboarding → first invoice
• Ensure signed partners maintain active usage (minimum 50% of monthly claims through the portal)
• Serve as primary liaison for NHIA/NAICOM regulatory alignment within partnerships
• Report directly to the Founder with weekly pipeline reviews — no layers, fast decisions

Required profile for job ad: Founding Service Agent - Remote

• 5+ years in BD/Partnerships within the Nigerian HMO or Insurance industry
• Existing warm relationships with CEOs, Heads of Operations, and Claims Managers at HMOs or insurers
• Proven track record — enterprise B2B deals closed, with values and outcomes you can evidence
• Strong understanding of the NHIA Act 2022 and the 1-hour authorisation mandate
• Able to explain AI fraud prevention ROI to non-technical executives confidently
• Bachelor's degree required; insurance/fintech certification is a strong advantage.
