Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible in supervising and coordinating all the strategic responsibilities which includes day-to-day tasks activities such as recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, performance management, employee termination, payroll and benefits, managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration.

In addition, the ideal individual will be involved in building strong relationships with Client's company's as to be desired. This is a full-time role responsibility for the overall organizational culture and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Lead in key HR initiatives with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives.
  • Assist in communication, interpretation, organizational chart and contributes to the development of policies.
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination.
  • Identifying the company’s staffing needs and developing policies and procedures to ensure that the required numbers and types of candidates are recruited within agreed budgets to meet operational requirements.
  • Recommending and maintaining personnel policies and procedures and ensuring that these are communicated and implemented throughout the company, to ensure that human resources effectively and efficiently support business goals.

HR Skill Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good experience in payroll management and benefits
  • Highly computer literate with capability and capacity to use related communication tools such as the email, MS office and related HRIS software packages
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sound Knowledge of employment legislation, Labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills
