Job Description

Our client, a growing brand in the Clothing & Thrift Fashion industry, is currently seeking to hire a highly organized, result-driven, and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and coordinate sales activities within the business.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a solid background in retail supervision. Candidates applying for this role must have at least 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of store attendants and sales staff
• Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations and proper store management
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance, and overall performance
• Drive sales growth and support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor stock levels, product arrangement, and inventory movement
• Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product display within the store
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and operational standards within the store
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on store performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years proven retail supervisory experience
• Experience in the clothing, fashion, or thrift retail industry is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise a team and work effectively under pressure
• Good sales and customer relationship management skills
• Smart, proactive, and result-oriented personality
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management
• OND, HND, or B.Sc qualification
