About the Role:

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, measurement, billing, and contract administration to ensure effective cost control and timely execution of project works.\

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Measure and certify contractor bills (RA / final bills)
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations
• Prepare and verify rate analysis and extra item claims
• Assist in tendering, comparison, and contract finalization
• Maintain measurement books and related documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Support cost control and reporting to management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidates should possess a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 3–6years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure / mining projects
• Experience in billing, estimation, and contract management.
