About the Role:

We are seeking a multidisciplinary Creative Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy, design, motion, and production. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall creative direction across campaigns, branding, content, and experiential projects.
You will lead both concept development and execution, ensuring that ideas are not only visually compelling but also strategically aligned and production-ready. This role requires a balance of creative vision, leadership, and strong operational understanding of how work gets built in real-world environments.
This is a leadership role for a creative who builds systems, teams, and ideas not just visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Vision & Leadership:

Define and evolve overall creative direction across branding, campaigns, content, and experiential projects.
Lead conceptual development for internal and client-facing work, ensuring originality, consistency, and cultural relevance.
Set and maintain a high standard for craft, taste, and storytelling across all outputs.
Ensure creative output aligns with brand strategy and audience insight.

Design, Content & Motion Oversight:

Oversee creative output across static, motion, and digital formats including graphics, presentations, video, animation, and social content.
Review and refine key deliverables such as brand identity systems, campaign assets, social media content, and motion graphics.
Ensure visual storytelling is aligned with strategy and optimized for real audience engagement.
Maintain consistency across all creative touchpoints.

Experiential & Production Direction:

Contribute to creative direction for events and experiential activations, including stage design, visual systems, and environmental branding.
Understand and apply production realities such as spatial design, screen specifications, lighting, staging, and fabrication constraints.
Collaborate with production teams and external vendors to ensure concepts are executable without compromising creative integrity.
Oversee the translation of creative concepts into physical and digital production outputs.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, motion artists, and content creators.
Provide clear direction, structured feedback, and creative guidance to elevate team output.
Manage external creatives, freelancers, and agencies where required.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Creative Strategy & Business Alignment:

Translate business and campaign objectives into compelling creative strategies and visual systems.
Present creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and operational constraints.
Ensure creative work contributes meaningfully to business and campaign performance.

Innovation & Industry Trends:

Stay current with design, media, technology, and cultural trends.
Introduce new tools, workflows, and technologies (including AI and creative software) to improve efficiency and output.
Drive experimentation and innovation within the creative team.

Requirements:

5–7+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or senior design leadership roles within agencies, media, branding, or production environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, digital, motion, content, and experiential projects.

Proficiency in:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Figma (or equivalent collaborative design tools)
Bonus: Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
Experience working with production vendors including video, photography, and event fabrication teams.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, spatial design, and brand systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale clearly.
