Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion across the Eastern region for FMCG products.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and leading the regional sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Manage and develop distributor and customer relationships across the Eastern region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and execute sales and market penetration strategies.
  • Ensure effective product availability and visibility within assigned territories.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
  • Conduct regular market visits and support distributors in achieving business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience managing regional sales operations and distributor networks.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
