We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Manager with a strong blend of agency and client-side experience. The ideal candidate will have spent part of their career in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency handling account management and strategy, and later transitioned to a client-side role managing brands, P&L, and integrated marketing initiatives.
This role requires a commercially minded marketer who understands both execution and strategy, with the ability to drive brand growth, manage stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end marketing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end brand marketing strategy and execution
Own brand performance, including P&L responsibility and commercial outcomes
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels
Oversee agency relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality creative and media output
Drive account management and strategic planning activities where applicable
Manage brand activations, events, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
Use data and insights to evaluate campaign performance and improve ROI
Support growth initiatives and identify new brand opportunities
Required Experience & Skills
5–8 years total professional experience in marketing/brand roles
2–4 years experience in a marketing/creative/advertising agency (can be across multiple agencies)
Proven transition from agency to client-side marketing or strong experience in both environments
Strong experience in brand management and campaign execution
Experience managing or contributing to P&L responsibilities
Exposure to events, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance metrics
