Safety & Compliance: Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) protocols, food hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Logistics & Inventory: Manages inventory levels, orders supplies (food, cleaning products), and manages the budget.
Staff Supervision: Leads and directs catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff, including scheduling and training.
Accommodation & Facilities: Allocates rooms, ensures proper maintenance of living quarters, and oversees utility systems like generators and water, as described on and in
Resident Welfare: Addresses resident complaints, manages catering quality, and provides comfortable living conditions.
Reporting: Prepares daily/monthly reports on food consumption, maintenance, and staff performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or in hospitality management, often with a diploma or certification.
Leadership: Strong supervisory and communication skills to lead diverse teams.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of safety regulations.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in remote, high-pressure environments.
