Job Description

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Generate leads through networking and outreach
  • Present services and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings
  • Monitor market trends and track performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in business development or sales (preferably in beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or lifestyle)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tool
