Position: Marketing and Growth Assistant - Remote
Whizzonby is a technology company building tools to help small businesses operate smarter and grow faster. Our flagship product, WhizzIQ, is an AI-powered platform that brings together CRM, invoicing, booking, and workflows into one place, giving business owners real-time insight into their operations.
We are looking for a Marketing and Growth Assistant to support our early-stage growth. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founders and gain exposure to how a startup builds traction, acquires users, and scales.
You will be involved in marketing, sales support, and day-to-day growth initiatives. This is an opportunity to learn fast, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully to a growing product.
What you will do:
Support marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
Assist with lead generation and outreach
Send and respond to emails for marketing and sales activities
Manage and follow up with leads using CRM tools
Support content creation (social media, slides, simple visuals)
Conduct market and competitor research
Assist with day-to-day operational and growth tasks

While this is a remote role, there may be occasional opportunities to support on-the-ground sales and outreach activities approximately twice per month. These will be discussed and scheduled in advance, and are intended to give you practical, real-world exposure to customer engagement and business development.
