Position: Sales and Marketing Manager - Accra

We are Hiring: Sales and Marketing Manager.

Are you a commercial leader who can drive revenue growth while building a powerful brand? We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing function and deliver measurable business results.

What you will be leading:

Developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies across all channels

Managing and coaching a high-performance sales and marketing team

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and partners

Overseeing marketing campaigns, brand visibility and promotional activities

Tracking sales performance, market trends and reporting on KPIs and ROI.

What we are looking for:

5+ years in sales & marketing, with at least 2 in a management role

Experience in FMCG is strongly preferred

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)

Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
