Position: Site Supervisor - Nsawam
We are looking for a Site Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Supervising daily construction activities and ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinating and monitoring the activities of site workers, artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Planning and assigning daily work schedules to construction teams.
Ensuring projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Monitoring workmanship and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
Inspecting ongoing work and correcting defects or non-compliance issues promptly.
Ensuring construction materials are properly received, stored, and utilized to minimize wastage.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports for management.
Monitoring labour productivity and ensuring efficient utilization of manpower.
Enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
Conducting toolbox meetings and ensuring all workers adhere to safety procedures.
Reporting accidents, incidents, and safety hazards immediately.
