Position: Sales Officer - Accra

We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. This position involves promoting and selling paint products, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships within a competitive market environment.

Missions:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories to expand market reach.

Promote and sell high-quality paint products to hardware shops, distributors, contractors, retailers, and individual customers.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients while actively seeking prospective customers.

Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through strategic planning and customer engagement.

Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analyses to stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

This Sales and Marketing Specialist position requires an experienced candidate capable of effectively managing sales activities and client relationships while ensuring adherence to company standards and targets.

Profile:

Required experience level in sales, marketing, or related sectors.

Required education level: SHS Certificate, Diploma, HND, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Required language(s): Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

Solid educational background in marketing, business administration, or related disciplines.

Previous sales experience, particularly in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail sectors, is advantageous.
