Position:Online Branding Team Lead - Ikeja GRA Lagos
We are seeking an Online Branding Team Lead to join our team. This role involves overseeing and managing the social media team, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to strengthen the brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent digital communication across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor the social media team to ensure high-quality content production and successful campaign execution.
Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Manage the brand voice, tone, and consistency across all digital platforms to strengthen brand identity.
Drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion through innovative and targeted campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign results and online activities.
Oversee editorial planning, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community management.
Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and explore emerging platforms to maintain brand relevance.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Content, and Product teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication.

This Online Branding Team Lead position requires an experienced candidate capable of effectively managing digital platform strategy and operations while driving brand visibility and engagement growth.
Profile
Required experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, including active contribution within online branding teams for recognized brands such as MTN, UBA, Tecno, Infinix, or similar organizations.
Required education: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required languages: Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
Relevant sectors: Digital marketing, community management, corporate communications.
Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated experience in increasing brand visibility, engagement, and revenue impact.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of content strategy, paid advertising, SEO fundamentals, and digital trends.
Ability to interpret data analytics and translate insights into strategic decisions.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fast-paced digital industries such as betting, sports, technology, or similar sectors.

Salary range: 300,000 - 500,000.
