Position:Business Development Executive - Lagos

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, managing the entire sales pipeline, coordinating property site inspections, converting leads into successful sales, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. The position is essential in achieving monthly sales objectives and ensuring a seamless process from lead generation to property allocation and documentation.

Missions:

Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector. Drive the acquisition of high-quality leads through referrals, targeted digital marketing campaigns, field activities, and strategic partnerships. Maintain and expand a robust pipeline of prospective clients to ensure continuous growth and market presence.

Sales & Revenue Generation: Effectively convert generated leads into paying clients and consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure, negotiate terms, and finalize property transactions. Ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and investors. Address client concerns, objections, and inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the buying and property allocation process.

Site Inspections & Client Engagement: Organize and conduct property site visits for prospective clients. Present property offerings effectively during inspections, gather and document client feedback, and follow up post-visit to facilitate conversions and strengthen client engagement.

Property Allocation Support: Coordinate with operations and administrative teams to ensure accurate matching of clients to available units. Track allocation statuses, resolve discrepancies promptly, and ensure a smooth client experience.

Documentation & Transaction Support: Ensure clients complete all necessary documentation, including KYC forms, agreements, and payment receipts. Liaise with finance and operations teams to confirm payments and monitor transaction progress until completion.

Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM or sales tracking system. Provide regular weekly and monthly reports covering leads generated, site inspections conducted, deals closed, revenue performance, and sales pipeline forecasts.

Team Collaboration: Support and mentor junior marketing and sales team members. Monitor team performance, ensure alignment with targets, and share market insights and sales strategies to foster a collaborative and motivated environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of monthly revenue targets.

Number of qualified leads generated per period.

This Business Development and Sales Specialist position requires an experienced candidate capable of effectively managing sales activities, developing client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Profile:

Required experience level in real estate sales or business development (minimum 3 years).

Required education level: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Required language(s): Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Company activity sectors relevant to real estate sales and business development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record in real estate sales or business development with at least 3 years of experience.

Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.

Strong organisational and reporting skills to track sales activities and performance.

Remuneration & Commission:

The monthly base salary for this position is set at N250,000.

Your personal commission structure is as follows:

10% commission on transactions with outright payment initiated and concluded by you.

7% commission on transactions with payment plans initiated and concluded by you.

For transactions initiated by the company through advertising efforts and assigned to you for closure, the commission rates are:

3% on outright payment transactions.

1.5% on payment plan transactions.

You will also receive a 1% commission on every sale made by your team members, payable only upon successful completion of sales and receipt of payment by the company.
