Position:Sales Executive - Lekki 1,Lagos State
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead deposit mobilization and promote financial products, with a strong focus on High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and clients with high-volume deposits. The role involves acquiring and managing affluent clients, driving growth in savings and fixed deposits, and cross-selling investment and treasury products. Candidates should have proven experience in financial sales, a strong network of HNIs, and excellent relationship management skills. Success will be measured by deposit growth, client acquisition, and product cross-sell performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, prospect, and onboard HNIs and corporate clients with significant deposit potential.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the primary point of contact for deposit-related inquiries and financial product offerings.
Deposit Mobilization
Drive growth in deposits by promoting savings, fixed deposits, and specialized investment products.
Develop tailored deposit solutions to meet the unique needs of HNIs and large-volume clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly deposit targets.
Financial Product Sales
Promote and cross-sell financial products such as investment accounts, treasury products, and wealth management solutions.
Provide advisory support to clients on product suitability, risk, and returns.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Provide feedback to management on client needs and product performance.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare regular reports on deposit mobilization, client engagement, and sales performance

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in deposit mobilization or wealth management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting deposit targets.
Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong network of HNIs and corporate clients is highly desirable.
