KUO Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for a responsible, reliable, and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of documents, small packages, and company materials to clients and various locations within Accra.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver documents, parcels, and company materials promptly and safely.
Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service.
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery where required.
Conduct routine inspections of the assigned motorcycle and report any maintenance issues.
Ensure the motorcycle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
Comply with all road traffic regulations and company safety policies.
Provide professional and courteous service to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid Ghanaian Rider's Licence (motorcycle licence).
Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar field role.
Excellent knowledge of roads and routes within Accra.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must reside in Accra, with candidates living in Spintex and surrounding areas having an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance is an added advantage.
