Zonda Tec Ghana Limited is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Marketer to join our Dzorwulu Branch. In this role, you will not only drive foot traffic and manage walk-in customers but also actively develop sales channels for our diverse range of vehicles, from pickups and SUVs to heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery. Key Responsibilities

• Brand Activation & Field Marketing: Support the head office in executing vehicle exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and offline promotional activities to generate brand awareness and leads.
• Showroom Sales & Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist walk-in customers, provide expert model explanations, and arrange test drives tailored to their needs.
• Product Portfolio Promotion: Effectively promote and sell a wide range of models—including pickups, SUVs, light trucks, heavy trucks, and construction machinery—based on individual customer requirements.
• Channel Development: Develop and manage personal sales channels (both online and offline) to increase showroom sales volume and market penetration.
• Lead Management & Follow-up: Maintain accurate customer follow-up records and conduct timely callbacks to improve conversion rates and build long-term relationships.
• Delivery Support: Assist customers with vehicle delivery procedures, including pre-delivery inspection and document verification to ensure a seamless handover.
• Showroom Operations: Participate actively in daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment that upholds a positive brand image.

Required Skills or Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian market, especially the Greater Accra region, is a distinct advantage.
• Communication: Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs and conduct effective negotiations.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
• Flexibility: Willing to participate actively in company training and field activities outside the standard showroom environment.
