Job Description

Fountainhead Christian School is seeking a responsible, honest, and customer-friendly Shop Attendant to manage the school shop and serve students, staff, and visitors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell food, stationery, and other school items to students and staff
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and keep accurate daily sales records
• Restock shelves and ensure products are well arranged
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop at all times
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service to students
• Ensure pricing is correct and products are properly labeled
• Support basic record-keeping and reporting to management

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum SHS certificate (additional training is a plus)
• Previous experience in retail or shop management is an advantage
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
• Must be patient and good with children
