Role Purpose  Lead and coordinate multiple project managers and scrum masters across squads to ensure integrated delivery of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Refresh and related digital transformation programs.

The Capacity Building and Training Officer leads the planning and delivery of high-quality capacity-building and training initiatives contributing to strengthened partner capacities and effective project implementation through collaboration with technical specialists, including oversight for all training deliverables.

The Project Officer reports directly to the Project Manager (PM) and is responsible for the effective administration and management of the BC Project in Ashanti region and reporting on the outcome to internal and external contacts as required.
