Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager plays a vital role of overseeing the daily operations of the Financing for mobile phone business channel. He/ she is responsible for the creation and implementation of sales processes, overseeing the sales team, and planning and strategizing sales goals. He/ she ensures smooth online retail processes by managing logistics, inventory, customer experience, data analysis, optimizing product listings, and ensuring the website is running smoothly. Additionally, he/ she will be responsible for customer service, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience for a financing of mobile phones organization in a Sales Operations Manager, Sales analyst, data analyst role (such as Easybuy retail division etc.) of which minimum 2 years in a managerial position
