We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development (South) to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive expansion of Assets Under Management (AUM) across the Southern region within the Pension Fund Administration / Financial Services industry.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will oversee business development operations, drive RSA registrations, Retiree Transfer System (RTS) uptake, Micro Pension Plan (MPP) penetration, and ensure strong client acquisition, retention, and funding performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive aggressive business development strategies to grow RSA, RTS, and MPP uptake
Identify new market opportunities through research and market intelligence
Oversee onboarding processes ensuring full compliance and due diligence
Ensure timely issuance of PINs and client account statements
Manage and strengthen client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
Supervise regional BD teams and ensure target achievement
Ensure full compliance with PenCom regulations and internal policies
Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports
Monitor regional performance and provide coaching and support to staff
Requirements:
Strong background in Pension Fund Administration / Financial Services
Proven experience in business development and client acquisition
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of RSA, RTS, and MPP products
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
