Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• General Ledger & Reconciliation: Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and reconciliation of bank and supplier accounts.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations; assist with internal and external audits.
• Month-End Close: Conduct monthly and yearly financial close activities.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Assist with budget preparation, monitor financial performance, and analyze variances to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure proper payment of taxes. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Experienced: Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Attributes: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.

• Accuracy of financial records.
• Timeliness of month-end closing and reports.
• Adherence to audit requirements
